The template supports 5, 6, or 7 calibrators so as long as you have at least 5 calibrators the template will function normally.
Can i drop a calibrator?
Yes! If you would like to drop a calibrator but don't want to retype all the associated data, click the "Edit Data" button on the "Areas of Trials 1-5" worksheet and simply delete the Calibrator Concentration that you would like to drop. This will omit that point from all data analyses, and if you want to add it back, click the "Edit Data" button again and reenter the concentration value back to the appropriate box.
can you adjust the number of replicates?
Unfortunately, this is on our to-do list. Sign up for update alerts so you will be informed when we go live with this feature!
